Janet, a graduate of UNCW in Marketing and Management, began her career with Piedmont Airlines. She went on to do various things and spent many years in management and sales with a Raleigh employment agency. She began her casino career as a partner of a
Casino Rep in Raleigh and worked for the Taj Mahal and several other casinos. She met Ed
(her husband) on a blind date in 1991 and got married two years later. On their honeymoon they decided to move to Charlotte and start Pair-A-Dice Travel, all within a few months. Let's just say the honeymoon was short!
Well it's been almost 15 years and many of their customers have been with them from the start.
Janet has said many times that she fells truly blessed and consider many customers friends.
Janet and Ed have 2 kids, Brisa (11 years old) and Jed (Edward George Sander V)
10 years old in addition to their 2 cats, Lucky and Black Jax. |

Kelly is a North Carolina native and has been with Pair A Dice Since September 2001. She has an extensive background in the travel
industry and began her career with Piedmont Airlines in 1984.
Kelly is the office manager of
Pair-A-Dice Travel and she keeps things running
smoothly.
Kelly is also the mother of 3 very active kids. |

Originally from MA, Peggy received an Associates degree from Lasell College in Retail-Merchandising. She spent 33 years with Eastern Airlines in New York City, Miami and Charlotte holding positions ranging from flight
attendant, ticket counter rep, sales rep, and reservations. After Eastern's demise, she worked for American Express, handling Duke Energy employee's travel for 6 years.
Peggy started with Pair-A-Dice in September of 2004. She now mainly escorts the trips but can
occasionally be found in the office when needed.
Peggy, who is widowed, loves to travel, meet new and interesting people, and she says she has a great social life. She also has a son that followed in his mother's travel industry footsteps and is a Captain with Continental Airlines. She also has 2 great grandsons. |

Although a Brooklyn girl- hence
Debbie “North”, I just love North Carolina.
After hearing time and time again how
beautiful NC was I pointed to a map, drove down,
found a house in a great community in Union County
and I've been here since 2005. Prior to moving
here I spent twenty years in the accounting field.
I am new to the travel industry but I’ve
been an avid casino explorer for years. My best
friend and I have set a very important goal for
ourselves. We
are going to throw twenty bucks in every casino in
the US & Caribbean. I am also a very proud single mom. My daughter Katie is a beautiful twelve-year old girl who
keeps me very busy.
Whether
a day trip to Cherokee or a weeklong get away to

Originally a "Canuck"
from Toronto, where all my family still live, I
have lived in 6 other cities from coast to coast.
Met my husband, who is originally from New York,
while we were both working in Montreal. His
proposal to me was "Marry me, get a green
card".... mine to him was "Marry me, fly
for free!"... Whatever, things worked out
great and we've been happily married for 28 years
and raised 3 super kids, Michelle, Josh and Genna,
and now have the blessing of a beautiful
granddaughter, Allie.
I retired after 30 years of
service from American Airlines just over a year
ago and came to work for Janet and Ed whom I have
known, and had the utmost respect for since they
first started their business and American handled
the flights.
Together with Debbie
"North", we concentrate on booking small
group travel on commercial airlines, or can assist
with an individual trip if our junket or group
trips do not meet your needs.

I was born in North
Carolina and moved here from Raleigh in Feb. 2007.
I started
working for Pair-A-Dice in March 2007. I have over
7+ years experience as an Administrative
Assistant. I'm a single mother of 2 wonderful
kids, Brandon (9) and Makayla (6). When I'm not
working, I enjoy horseback riding, 4 wheeling,
fishing, and I'm also known as the "Karaoke
Queen"!
Elizabeth is our "go
to" person to get things done. As you can
