Reservations Requests
You will be contacted to confirm this information and reservation request. Based upon availability and play history qualification, we will either confirm, deny or waitlist your reservation. Once we have confirmed your reservation, cancellation penalties will apply. Current cancellation penalties: Cancellation more than thirty-one days prior to the trip; full refund minus $25.00 administration fee, 30 days to 15 days prior to the trip; 50% penalty of the retail price per person, 14 days prior to the trip and no shows will be charged 100% of the retail price of the trip unless you or we can resell your seats. An Administrative Fee of $25.00 may be charged on all cancellations/changes made once we have confirmed your reservation. Cancellation penalties and fees apply to all complimentary offers. Your credit card will not be charged until we are able to confirm your reservation.
